if you know how to apply. I'm very practical. I know what I'm talking about, you can't press with a roller, but if you use a good quality roller, paint after it dries. I also used homemade scaffolding to hold myself close to the ceiling. I helped a friend put it up in her kitchen and she had filing cabinets that we pushed apart and I walked over the top of the cabinets while wallpapering the ceiling.
