Makes brushing your teeth perfect!
I notice a big difference when I use ACT after cleansing; My teeth and tongue feel cleaner and my breath fresh. Much more than after my regular (essential) cleaning routine without using it. I can't say anything specific about the long-term effect, but during my last cleaning the hygienist hardly had to clean and I got a clean grade from my dentist, a clear plus!
