I love crystals. I bought two different ones. I found that they can be a bit messy when they sit to form. I put a hard plastic package from something else and put the cups inside. DIRECTIONS MUST BE FOLLWED TO A T. I thought my water was hot enough when I boiled my water on my hot plate. I discovered I wasted the smaller kit. I then boiled a big pot of water on a regular stove. They were still a bit messy. But they came out beautifully. I gave some of the crystals to family and friends. I will buy another to make more. Best made during warmer temps outside. They must stay at a warmer temps. When purchased for a child or grandchild ADULT SUPERVISION IS A MUST. I originally purchased this for my grandson. I might do it with them in my home. ENJOY WATCHING THEM.
