You get what you pay for. Very good price, really for students on a budget. I actually had a problem with mine - I tried to taxi to the runway but ground control couldn't hear me - messed up all the controls but still couldn't hear me. Earth said they wouldn't let me roll/take off, luckily I still had my old headphones so I had to replace them with my old ones, which obviously worked - Earth could hear me loud and clear and was on my way. .Like I said - you get what you pay for. This is a very economical headset so obviously not well made but good for people on a budget. (I actually bought them to have an extra pair. Maybe for another passenger). As soon as I informed the seller of this problem, the seller immediately contacted me to fix it. They offered a replacement or refund. I accepted the refund as I wanted to invest a little more in a better headset. The money was returned quickly, the seller is polite and professional. I just want to say that they will take care of any problems.
