I repaired my 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution and this kit always comes in handy when I have broken/ruined a bolt/nut by removing it out- because it will rust or in cases where I just want new bolts to replace old worn/rusted ones. Of course it won't include all the bolts you'll ever need, but I suspect this kit will allow you to replace 50-60% of the bolts, at least on Japanese cars. If they were to add the M12 to that set, they could increase that estimate to 60-70%. I haven't had a chance to test the 10.9 class aspect, but haven't seen any signs/red flags that it's cheap/crap. Fasteners, and in some weird cases where I've tried carving one with a grinder, it's been an absolute PITA (which is good). Definitely tougher than some of the lower quality bolts I've cut in the past, so it seems true that it's 10.9, although obviously what I've done doesn't prove it 100%. In an ideal world there would be a set of M8, M10, M12 bolts with both thread pitches for each bolt and in 5mm then 10mm increments (as you increase). With two to four bolts in each option but I've never seen a kit like this and this one, especially for the price, is a great investment if you do a lot of work on an older Japanese machine or need a non-replacement of specialty bolts. I'll say you can go to their website (I'll let you know what it is, hint at the brand ;-)) and order the screws individually, and I think I could do it for M12, but that's it not as cheap as buying such a kit (although still much better than hardware store).
