This is a great quality long range duster set. When I received this item everything was fine except for the butt tab which was folded from the outer box and was too small. So I called support and left a message and less than an hour later I received a Facebook Messenger text from them. I explained the problem and they sent a new weave to replace the damaged one. I was so impressed with the customer service that they shipped a new boot within a day. They have really great customer service for any issue you may encounter. I liked using the extension cord which is very durable and very good quality. There is no better way to lengthen a flap. The only complaint I have is that when you fully extend the wand it can be a little heavy to use, but it needs to be a little heavy to be durable. You will love using this retractable feather duster.
