*Edited review* Great Chair For A Good Price

Update*My original praise of the chair stands, it’s a great chair and extremely comfortable. A few days of heavy use (working from home) and the lower back support has been extremely helpful.Customer support is also great, which is my reason for updating this review. Very responsive and quick, which is a huge plus!—————-Chair should be at least 5-stars, but came across a few issues with this product.* Quick note*My suggestion to the seller is to make sure that everything in the listing is set correctly so other buyers don't receive the wrong product. Paying $200 for it to be incorrect and return, is too much hassle. (Referring to the Chair Option, or Size as listed on Best Buy).First, there was a missing screw, so I am currently sitting on this chair with 1 less screw to keep the seat in place (not that big of a deal. I hope).Second, I selected the option with Headrest and was shocked to find no Headrest with my shipment. Contacted them directly and was told that I did not place the correct order (although my order history says otherwise). Only option provided was to return the item and purchase the one with the headrest (which is actually a different price and not what is listed).I think the crank to adjust the height of the chair may also be damaged (unless I missed something and it's not adjustable?)Anyways, aside from all this the chair is great and comfortable. The backrest on this chair really helps, and you don't feel the fatigue after long periods of sitting. This is being compared to a previous chair I had for quite some time now. Having mesh is awesome, doesn't get hot as quickly and the seat cushion on this chair is really soft and padded (don't see it being an issue anytime soon).

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • The price point may be higher than some budget-conscious consumers are willing to spend on an office chair
