My son likes his new chair.

I am writing this review for my son. My husband bought this chair for my son. He has to stay home for the rest of the year for his school. The old chair just not comfortable with the hours of homework he needs to do every night. While I was cleaning his room last night, I sat on this chair and clean the desk, I feel how easy it is to adjust my body shape to the chair and height and tilting. Update*My original praise of the chair stands, it’s a great chair and extremely comfortable. A few days of heavy use (working from home) and the lower back support has been extremely helpful.Customer support is also great, which is my reason for updating this review. Not a great experience overall but I like the chair

When I received the box everything was great! It even arrived a day earlier than it was supposed to. So far so good.When I opened the box, the good feeling began to deteriorate. The chair came in a large box and in 8 parts that had to be assembled. Although the parts are all wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap, several of the parts were scratched up due to the pieces just being "piled" into the box. The box was a little hard to unpack because everything seemed to have been just thrown in and…

Great value for the price

Nearly everything is adjustable and both the seat/back are very comfortable. Replaced an older, name-brand chair (which was over $1000) and I'm much happier sitting in this one. Highly recommend the headrest as well as the orange color (if you're seeking something bold).

Solid chair for the price

Package came with all tools needed. It wasn't too difficult to assemble. I sit in it 8+ hours a day, and its holding up fine. You may want to invest in a seat cushion and/or extra lumbar support if you use it for super long sessions, though it's relatively comfy in general.
