Review on 🐭 Disney Mickey Mouse Deluxe 9-Bin Toy Storage Organizer by Delta Children by Lisa Walker

The product is very cute that's why I gave it 2 stars. Came without instructions. I'm not the mechanical person, so maybe I am, but it's nice to have a paper that says all the parts are in place. I went to their product support to ask for instructions. I called and got a voicemail telling me not to leave a message saying someone would be with me soon or to leave a call back which to be honest I didn't try but the wait on the line was short. The call was disconnected. After trying again and getting the same response I decided to try their support email which is Outlook which I don't know how to use. There was a separate number, which I then tried. The entry said it was not a valid number. On the website I entered the description of the product and it appeared! Oh joy! I clicked the link for the user manual and it wasn't there. No instructions. I decided to try to collect from what is. It was my bare hands, a screwdriver and my mind. Due to the length of the poles and the weight of the finials, it requires 2 people to assemble, one holding the pieces and the other screwing them into place. At this point I was ready to throw it in the yard. Instead I put it back in the box and wait for my daughter to assemble it with me. The product itself is very cute and my grandson will love it. These are just folding boxes that sit on 2 poles so I'm not sure how well they will work. There are no shelves between the drawers - just 2 rods in the front and back. I will know more in that glorious day when they are finally together. Good luck to anyone who buys it and if you find any customer service from this group please let me know as I haven't been able to.
