Handset keeps disconnecting. It is separate from the pump and where the one-way water valves are located. Every morning I have to fix it somewhere. No matter how tight I tighten it, how far I push the hose into the valves, it either comes loose from the pump or from the valves, sometimes several times a day. This is very uncomfortable and not good for the fish. I had to tape the pipe to the wall because one day it burst at the shutoff valve and the pipe fell behind the tank. Since it was no longer connected above the tank, water began to flow out of the line. If I had been at work and hadn't gotten infected, my entire tank would have dumped on the floor. Don't waste your money on such a bad product.
