Bought for use in Honda Odyssey Van so 2 more kids have headphones and stop fighting. Good price but hard to work for small kids (3/4 years old). The switch will turn on 2 different frequencies, to select the correct one the switch indicator should be "red" (usually green is the working color). If you don't turn them off, they will burn out the batteries. .Older kids say the volume is quieter than the headphones that came with the van. Batteries are easy to install but sold separately. Hard to compare to standard van headphones.
