Pretty good good for oral care
These strips are difficult to apply unless your teeth and gums are completely dry, but once you put them on they hold up well. When you take them off, the gel stays on and takes forever to remove, but it's worth it when you see how white your teeth become. Based on the shade chart that you receive in the box, you can see that your teeth are already 2-4 shades whiter after the first session. Not 5 stars but a good choice if you are on a budget. (They don't taste bad either).
