Our 5 month old kittens stuck their heads in the window on the right side of the house. The front windows are the same size. Both cats stuck their heads out of this small space (still don't know how they did it) and got stuck. We tried to put their heads through the small hole but they choked. My husband had to cut them out with the tool he uses to cut gutters/eaves. It was so awful for her, so helpless. Please do not buy this cat house. I'm just grateful we were home when it happened. This is not a false review. They also stated in an email that they include a warning in the description of this item that it is not intended for cats 1-6 months of age. What they did, if you scroll down the page, it's bold. They also explained that they would redesign the windows so the cat's heads wouldn't get through. I'm so excited that they took this review seriously and made changes. If you have big cats, this house is for them.
