The ability to track employee hours, vacation time, and attendance was very helpful in managing our employees. It also had many other features that helped manage my team's work schedules efficiently. I would recommend this program because it has been great so far! There are no cons at all; however, it does not have any additional programs or modules as of yet. This software helps us with keeping up-to-date records of all of our staff members' availability. I like that they are very responsive to questions, and that there's always someone available. They aren't great at getting back to you in a timely manner when their team is busy. Make sure you're not waiting around too long after sending an initial request. We were looking for help with our sales pipeline management and analysis. The consultants helped us identify some areas of concern, and we implemented a couple of new tools to help solve those problems.
