I ordered the iPad for my son. When it arrived (which was quick) it was almost impossible to remove the outer case. I followed the instructions, finally separating the red rubber part from the black plastic part and inserting the iPad. Unfortunately, the plastic piece didn't fit snugly, causing the volume up button to be held down all the time. There was no solution other than breaking off the piece of plastic that was getting in the way, but now that side of his iPad is a lot less secure. I would definitely recommend a different case that fits more closely.
