I've waited months to write this review to see if I'll still love this bed as much as I did when I first started sleeping in it. I'm here to tell you that this bed has been a lifesaver for me. I needed a bed a few years ago and bought a Tempur-Pedic thinking it was the best bed out there. Not correct. I hated this bed. It was hot as hell and I completely immersed myself in it. I ended up selling it on Craigslist. Then I figured it would be wise to spend $4,000 on Sterns and Foster. It was a regular innerspring mattress with a medium-soft pillow. Also wrong. I sleep on my side/stomach and this mattress gave me a lot of hip and back pain. To be honest, to the point where I was limping around when I got up in the morning. Also sold them. I slept on a Sleep Innovations mattress at AirBnB this summer and knew this bed was for me. In fact, I wrote to the owner to get the details. Imagine my surprise when I learned that this extremely comfortable bed was a fraction of the cost of all the other knick knacks! I bought it straight away and my only regret is that I didn't find this bed a few years earlier. My sleep improved a lot and I got rid of the pain. I would call it medium hardness. I fully support it, but it's not hard at all. This is my goldilocks. Please never stop making this bed. I am a customer for life.
