Corsair ML120 vs Noctua NF-P12 redux

Summary: Both fans are great, I highly recommend them. The Noctua NF-P12 Redux is cheaper and quieter than the Corsair ML120, making it the best fit for most situations. The Corsair ML120 is great when you need a fan that can be both quiet and loud and powerful. It can run 700rpm faster than the Noctua, so good value for such a powerful fan, but it's a little louder at the same RPM and a few bucks more expensive than the Noctua. Noise: Both fans are silent. up to 1300 rpm. Above 1300 rpm, the Corsair ML120 is slightly louder than the Noctua NF-P12 Redux. I was very surprised, that the Noctua NF-P12 Redux outperformed the Corsair ML120 in terms of noise since the ML120 uses a magnetic levitation barrier, but I think Noctua's liquid blocking is that good. Airflow: The Corsair ML120 can run up to 2400RPM while the Noctua NF-P12 gear reduction can only reach 1700RPM, allowing the ML120 to achieve greater airflow and pressure than the NF. -P12 redux, although the Corsair ML120 is quite noisy at top speed. Static pressure from specs: Corsair ML120 up to 4.2mm H2O, Noctua NF-P12 redux up to 2.83mm H2O. RPM range: ML120 = 400-2400, NF-P12 reduction = 450-1700. The main advantage of the Corsair ML120 over the Noctua is that it can run 700 rpm faster. This is ideal for a situation where you may need additional cooling capacity at the high end of the PMW fan curve. Warranty: ML120 = 5 years, NF-P12 Redux = 6 years. Both fans have quality bearings so should last you many years unless you get a defective one. Accesories:
