I'm by no means a professional plumber, in fact I know next to nothing about home repairs. After lifting the toilet off the floor and carving out the old broken flange, this was so easy I didn't even have to use concrete drills to drill through the floor, which I wanted to avoid. After putting it on it was even so I didn't have to do anything else with it I was so happy with the result. Not sure about the durability but the plastic is very dense, I hope it lasts a long time. (reviewed by a 33-year-old woman, no repair experience)
