Ability to export videos and play them on another computer

The equipment looks impressive. Works as it should. Allows wireless and wired. Cons: 1) I sent 5 pre-sales questions, received 2 replies, 2) No pre or post sale contact information, 3) Documentation - poor - type 6pt, 4) No warranty information, 5) No support contact information, 6 ) The product does not export usable AVI files.
