I tried it on my short TWA and I don't think it helped define my hair. It may be more suitable for other hair types. I don't want to say anything bad about this product because if I'm not the target audience for this product it won't meet my needs but maybe useful for others. Garnier always makes great products and I have no doubt that anyone with hair like mine would benefit from this product. He smells great. It feels slimy and thick. (which is why I thought it would be great for me in the first place). This should help define finer hair. But it hasn't affected my natural hair 4c. doesn't even light up.
