The ability for us as an organization to have control over all aspects that are important to monitor in terms of performance metrics such as uptime or availability (99%). It allowed us to be proactive about problem resolution instead of reactive which we were doing currently with other tools from 3rd parties. We had several problems where it was difficult to track down when issues occurred so I am not sure if this could've been done better by them but would love to hear their thoughts! If they can get more information out there regarding troubleshooting then maybe that will make things easier. Being able to implement across multiple sites and different geographies quickly without having to spend hours configuring each site individually using traditional methods.
