Please note that my comments here reflect the general product category as I believe these shortcomings are likely to apply to other brands as well. They didn't impress me for two reasons: 1) They didn't fool the electronics on my 2007 Mercedes and the LED bulb didn't work properly. So don't work on all cars! 2) Installing a resistor greatly reduces the purpose of a low power LED! I would hope the lifespan would be longer but I guess I'll never know.
