I like that it allows me to monitor my team in real time, even if they are not physically present at their desks! It's great for remote workers as well. The dashboard is very easy to understand and navigate through. Sometimes you have an alert but don't know what it means or why its there. You need to be able to see all alerts so you can look into each one individually to figure out whats going wrong. Try this software - our business operates 24/7.
