I like that it allows me to monitor my team in real time, even if they are not physically present at their desks! It's great for remote workers as well. We love that you can get a sense for what is going on in an organization by just looking at who is sharing documents internally! The interface isn't as intuitive as it could be. At this time we cannot see any way to filter out internal only users/groups. I would also like there to be more organization options. What we do now is pretty straight forward, but sometimes I'd like to create custom groups or add sub-groups to one of the existing ones, to make it easier to find things later. This helps
