Excellent Service, Professional Team & Knowledgeable

The support team is always willing to help with issues or questions you may have about our products. They are responsive and knowledgeable! Their customer service has been exceptional - we've never had an issue after working together since early last year. We can't think of anything specific at this time as they've done such great work for us. Great people to do business with! The team at iam is very knowledgeable about all aspects of Identity Management (IdM). They are also extremely quick to respond when you need help solving an issue or have questions regarding their product offerings! It can be difficult finding someone in this field who has experience with multiple vendors but not just one vendor like we do here @iamprofessionalservices!! Excellent technical assistance - even better customer focus

The support team is very responsive and always willing to help with questions or issues. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field and have helped us solve some of our most complex problems. We've been able to use them as an extension of our own IT department, but we also have used them when we didn't have our own IT staff.
