Review on RockTape 2-Inch Highly Adhesive Kinesiology Tape by Joel Norfork

Got this because I had a gift certificate. I've seen this before but figured it was probably just a gimmick. First, I can't get the bandage to stick to me. I even super glued them to my skin and they fall off when I sweat during exercise. They lasted 5 days. This is madness. Second, I thought they worked like a placebo in humans. I had a sprained shoulder after a recent bicycle accident. I also put them on my feet (see my picture) to see if they would hold up for a run. When I put the first strip on my shoulder it was as effective as putting duct tape on myself. The second line was the same. Then the third, allegedly aiding the rise to the side. After 5 minutes I was surprised to find that the dull ache I had been feeling for about 2 weeks was practically gone. It turns out that while this isn't a corset, it does work wonders for swelling. In addition, the material does not peel off. Good product. I will use it a lot in the future.
