Review on ๐Ÿšฒ Satori Harmony Bike Suspension Seatpost: Enhanced Comfort and Stability (31.6x350mm) by Gary Cole

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great quality but I installed a lighter spring

I ordered this seatpost for my hardtail fatbike. The product corresponded to the description and fit perfectly in my frame. For the price, the product is surprisingly high quality and weighs less than I expected. The seat can be adjusted forward/backward and the angle of inclination to suit your bike. The internal spring is too stiff for the average person. I'm guessing this would work for a 300 lb person, but I weigh about 180 lbs. The nib is 4 inches long and there are many replacement nibs for sale at reasonably low prices. I replaced it with a Century Spring P/N C-822 which is almost the same size but is a lighter spring. Even though the seatpost is still very stiff after changing the springs, I find it works much better for my specific needs. Most people will want a lighter nib than the one I replaced it with, and I was able to get it after further experimentation. The four star rating affects the price **** For Thudbuster fans, I used a Thudbuster but didn't like it. There is no solution to this problem, it is the physics of the Thudbuster design.
