Review on 📚 Lipper International 1804 Bamboo Wood 4-Tier Desk and Office Supplies Organizer, 7.625" x 5.125" x 8.25 by Weston Metzger

It took 2 attempts to get the undamaged version. The first arrived literally in pieces, which isn't surprising as the shipper put it in an unlined PVC bag (which even had a hole ripped through rough handling). The second time it came in a dented box but with enough padding to be fully intact. The finish isn't as good as pictured, like the last PU layer and some sanding has been left out, but other than that it's pretty much what I expected. It's assembled with glue only, so the first one in the bag fell apart. The design is actually a small box with 4 shelves and two trays that can be used individually or inserted into one of the shelves. The shelves are glued into the grooves of the groove, which is a good design if the fit is tight and good glue is used (since the first one fell apart, the glue is suspect). The trays are assembled the same way, so overall it's an improvement over the cheap design. I chose it because it fits best with a small shelf in my desk that I wanted to organize for better use, but it's so light I had to stabilize it with velcro. A little more attention to fit and finish and it will be a superb product but I have to call it a star.
