It's only two and a half years after Christmas for us but so far it seems pretty solid. She hasn't dropped it yet, but it looks like it will hold up well if she does. Small camera for small hands. Takes decent pictures for a kids camera; There are 4 out of 5 stars. Definitely a gift item. It comes in a nice box. Taking photos is easy enough, but the controls for viewing and deleting photos take some getting used to. which I leave to myself. But I've found that sometimes it accidentally enters picture delete mode, and I don't want to delete pictures that turn out to be good. I wish it was a little harder for them to get into this mode so I could keep it to myself to do it for them. I like that there are no games on this camera like many other kids cameras because the purpose of the camera is to take photos not play games. I also like how it comes with a memory card. A worthy gift for the price.
