WOW! I bought this for my husband who has been suffering from elbow pain for a few weeks. He has arthritis. My son suggested he try the copper type compression sleeve. The husband said that he immediately started to help, but it still hurts. He wore it before bed and was so amazed that it didn't hurt the next morning! Needless to say, he'll only take it off in the shower. Before purchasing this brand, I did thorough research and read over a hundred reviews on different brands. Yes, I overdid my research!
