This is basically your glorified "bum bag". Much smaller and slimmer than a regular fanny pack, but just as effective. It's very useful and does exactly what it's supposed to. I like that the pocket that holds your phone is separate from the rest so only your phone is in this velcro protected pocket. Behind this velcro pocket are two more compartments (like a wallet) where you can literally store anything you want to take with you for a run/hike/etc. Just a digression from this, I would say that this is definitely not one size fits all. I have a waist size 36 and have full length buckles and it just fits! I would suggest the company increase the length and let the customer adjust the length and shorten the strap (if they wish). In addition, it is very light, thin and easy to hide under the shirt.
