Sturdy pole except….

I bought this about 8 months ago and my in-laws liked mine so much they bought one.The main problem is they don’t stay telescoped. My bottom adjustment ring will not tighten fully. Theirs won’t tighten on the top ring. They both collapse and won’t tighten. No idea how to fix other than possibly run a screw in to set it.

I was reluctant to purchase based on the price. But this is an excellent flagpole and a quality product. You get what you pay for with most things in life. This flagpole exceeded my expectations. A quality product that is also easy to adjust. Simple! Thank you.
