I ordered this with 10% off which helped me make this purchase- If you are in between sizes, I'd say go up. The jacket has multiple pockets. It is new but I feel like it's a little stiff. The length is pretty good - again I'd go up a size if needed. I'm normally a small and that's what I ordered, I do worry how much bigger the medium will be for me. Seems to be warm, the hood is removable. I haven't tested it for longer than a few minutes in the cold, but I think it'll work. Wearing a sweatshirt under it should be ok, but might be a little stiff.
