Charger needs to be replaced. Found and bought on amazon. It SEEMS like it's from Dell but I'm not sure because a day or two after I plugged it into my computer my hard drive melted badly and ended up having to be replaced. Everything was fine until I got a new plug. I don't think this was a coincidence and I wonder if other people have had the same issues with this product. Such a problem - my computer shut down and it was at the tech's office for over a week while they worked to diagnose and fix the problem. Really very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this product.
