I have been working with them for over 20 years now in various capacities from sales to implementation support services - they've always delivered quality service at fair prices! Nothing really comes up too often anymore but when it does its easy enough just call or email their customer care team who will take action quickly without any hassle (or cost) required by me personally :) They're very responsive & proactive which helps keep my clients happy so we can continue our relationship long term into future projects/sales cycles etc..
