The sponge itself is not bad. My beef with packaging. The small nylon T-bar that secures the product to the cardboard case is positioned in such a way that it cannot be removed after cutting as the T-bar is internally between the sponge and the microfiber cover. So now you're stuck with a soft sponge floating a sharp, hard plastic rod that can scratch the finish or plastic trim at any point during the wash. No thank you. I had to cut a hole in the microfiber to get it out. Given the price, I had to lower my expectations.
