Don't waste your money

It said there were two mouthguards included, one for adults and one for children, but they were almost identical and didn't fit my large mouth. Of course you can't return them after chewing them and putting them in your mouth, but they didn't even come with instructions. Of course you have to put them in boiling water, but for how long? How long does it have to cool before putting it in your mouth? Just a bad choice, one of the worst I've ever made at Revain.
