Another case of pump failure. The CPU will overheat during startup with no load and the PC will shut down automatically. Luckily I was able to verify in the BIOS that the pump speed showed 0. The radiator was correctly installed on the front of the case with the hoses aligned to the bottom of the radiator. I am very disappointed that such a highly acclaimed product failed. But what's even worse is their RMA process. Literally once a day they reply. And if it does, then every two to three working days. My RMA was approved many business days ago and to date I have not received an update on whether my replacement has been shipped or a tracking number has been provided. My Corsair H100i v2 has been running for over 5 years without a single issue which I have only replaced for my new build. I can't wait any longer so I've decided to buy another cooler. This is a very low quality product with even worse customer service. Of course, I will most likely never buy an EK product again. They seem to be sinking.
