DID NOT CUT GOOD (WARNING) PLEASE RETURN THE OLD VERSION TO NORELCO!
I have the old version and it worked fine, I used it for a couple of years until the trimmer head broke so I went with this one thinking it would be better or at least something similar for her. I WAS WRONG. It doesn't cut as well as the old version! Make multiple passes when trying to cut hair perpendicular to the trimmer or even at different angles! It's even worse if you try to cut the hair above your ears.
