Review on Shoei GT-Air 2 Helmet (Small) (Matte Blue) by Mark Powell

This helmet looks great and fits me perfectly but when I received it it was still cold and even with the vents closed it was leaking and I had constant irritating cold spots parting. The rear ventilation is passive, not active, so it cannot be closed. It is designed to create suction, which draws air in through the top vent. Apparently, even with the top vent closed, it's not a perfect seal and air is still getting in. For this reason I returned the helmet. Others have complained about the same problem. I don't understand why Shoei lowered the price on these vents.
