Review on General Tools 71264 Grommet Grommets by Aaron Schultz

If I could rate this product negatively, I would. I ordered this gasket kit for next day delivery because I needed to finish a customer's wooden shelf cover. The package was worn and torn. Apparently it was opened and then glued so badly that it didn't stick. Of the four installation tools that were supposed to be included, two were missing, rendering the kit unusable. The top of the bag was intact but there were only 7 pieces on one side versus 12 on the other. Even if I could find a replacement for the missing tools, I wouldn't have enough parts to make 12 sets. What rude customer service! What I received when I thought I was buying something brand new actually turned out to be an old, partially used package that the seller found in his garage. I wonder if he's laughing now at the thought of foisting that worthless pile of junk on someone else. I cannot in good conscience recommend this seller or this product to anyone.
