Review on 🐠 Odyssea Clean 100 Internal Surface Skimmer Aquarium Filter 450L for Plant Tanks by Shelly Cook

I used to make some homemade surface skimmers for freshwater aquariums. They consist of a power head attached to a water bottle with multiple slots on the top and placed upside down in an aquarium. They work great but I wanted something more professional so I bought an Odyssea Clean 100 Surface Skimmer Aquarium Filter. Internal system for 450 liters. I returned it. The Good: Slightly attractive (more so than a black painted water bottle). Quiet head that isn't too strong for a 75 gallon. Skimmer to be securely attached to the top of the aquarium (see attached image). - I had to add a suction cup to the skimmer to keep it from tipping forward (see attached picture). - It sucked in as much air as water, making it noisy. The decisive factor for this little guy was the amount of air that the surface water absorbed.
