DOA is here, neither Revain nor MSI will replace it.

Mine arrived with a screen that would not turn on. MSI said I would have to pay to send it to them for repair, which is terrible. Revain offered a refund but did not replace it; the price went up, so I had to spend more money to get a working version of the product I bought. It's terrible too. I'm returning it and going to another website to buy something from a different brand hoping to get better service from both. I recommend you do the same.
