Received this ballast quickly with no problems. My mechanic installed it and my headlight worked flawlessly for several months. After 10-11 months I noticed my headlight not working again. I was sure that this time my lightbulb had burned out. To be safe, I swapped the lightbulbs from side to side. To my surprise, both lamps were fine. The new ballast is dead. There was no water or moisture in my lantern. Luckily the seller sent a new ballast free of charge which I received today. Hope this one lasts longer. Unfortunately I have to pay my mechanic for his work again. Not good. It would be cheaper to buy a genuine Toyota part and pay a one-time labor fee.
