I was in need of a desk for a new job with a hybrid schedule and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I purchased this desk from FB marketplace for $5 but there was some damage to the top of the piece. This was my first time using wallpaper but I was really pleased with the end result. The paper is a good thickness and seems durable. I would recommend having someone help you apply it, as I wasted part of the role trying to install it myself. I found the easiest way to apply it was to have one person hold the paper and another move slowly using a towel to apply pressure to the paper and smooth out bubbles. I had originally tried using a plastic bench scrapper but the edge caught on the paper and warped/stretched the paper.
