I really like the look of this chair. It's convenient too. I gave one star because the casters are plastic and I don't think they last as long as a chair. As for assembly, READ THIS! VERY IMPORTANT. Do not tighten the screws until all screws on the back and arms are secured. Definitely do not add screw covers until everything is in place. I tightened the screws on the back and it seemed strong and "right" to me, and put the caps on. Then I went to attach the arms and they didn't fit. I had to use a screw to remove the wood caps (ruining them in the process) and then adjust the back. The hands then fit perfectly. Tighten everything and you're done. I bought four of these chairs to go around the board game table and I think they will be fantastic.
