Bought just before the trip in early July. Installation was easy and we attached it to our headrests. The cables were hidden behind a plastic insert on the back of the seats. The picture and sound quality was also excellent. Now my kids loved the video games that came with it. My son likes games like Top Gun, Mario, Paper Boy. It's also easy to get a DVD into the back of the unit. Once in place, you can move them up or down depending on your child's size. We bought two and are very satisfied. You can connect audio to your car. We also connected my sons NES to the player for our trip. It was a plus. You have many more advantages. Customer service is great! We had an issue with IR on one of the players. The remote control and headphones were not connected. (We had to use a cable to connect the headphones.) We contacted support and they responded VERY quickly. You could exchange the item. They were a pleasure to work with and never had any problems with them. For me that's a big plus. It's hard to find good customer service. FIVE STARS HERE! I highly recommend this product. It's been over a month because we wanted to give an honest review.
