The installation is a bit fiddly but doable.

The product appears to do exactly what it is supposed to do in my 2008 Pathfinder. Fixed CEL after installation. Not the easiest of assembly as even with the wheel and fender trim removed there is very little space and visibility is limited (especially if your hands are in the bumper area). Makes removing and reinstalling clamps difficult. But I did it without further ado and the truck seems to be good at first (knock on wood)!
