At first I was concerned that the product was made of plastic and durability issues but so far there have been no visible tears or breaks. It's not really designed for steering wheel covers like a Honda (I have a cb500f) but luckily they provide 3 strips of rubber filler which I taped together to fit snugly around the steering wheel. Installation was quick and in less than 4 minutes I was able to do it outside my garage literally in the middle of the night. Holds your phone securely and the rubber mesh securely protects the mount from bumps or falls. It ran at 74 mph on a bare bike on a windy day and it stayed in place without changing position. It reacts sensitively to harder impacts, e.g. if your hand hits the mount or leans against it when you get off the bike, but for the price it does everything a $50+ mount can. By the way, I use an iPhone 7 with a thick UAG Trooper case, which expands the bracket's expansion limits by at least 85-90% and the rubber mesh by at least 90% to help people figure out what size the phone fits.
