Review on Basepaws Cat Dental Health Test: Assessing Risks of Periodontal Disease, Bad Breath, and Tooth Resorption for Personalized Care by Megan White

This kit is easy to register, swab and send to the lab. It took more than two months to get the results and I expected a longer period with COVID. I received an email saying that additional testing needed to be done due to the sample size. I received my results, which consisted of 17 pages of PDF documents. With 17 pages of documents, I expected a little more detail. The last six pages are appendices and bibliography. Overall, the report covers what is claimed, but I don't see anything really personalized in the report's findings. The report tells how to consult a veterinarian and repeat the test after 3-6 months. Due to the price and the waiting time, it is better to only invest in a teeth cleaning/vet visit. It was nice to see what was in his mouth and what was coming out. I hope that after some research I can find a solution that works best. I don't know about the river and recommended retesting. I have tried to design the best dental solutions for him but so far we haven't had much success with home care.
